Patient interface layer

Antimicrobial, fluid-resistant cover with thermal conductive textile and rapid-release cleaning panel.

Adaptive pressure layer

Air-cell matrix, micro-valves, pressure redistribution channels, posture control, and edema support zones.

Thermal layer

Microfluidic thermal channels, Peltier heat/cold modules, temperature sensors, and insulated plates.

Vibration layer

Sealed oscillating capsules with magnetic drive coils, eccentric mass, flexure suspension, and damping pad.

Sensor layer

Pressure mapping, ECG/SpO2 interfaces, respiration sensing, temperature, and edge-processing node.

Airflow/service base

HEPA channels, negative pressure extraction, power bus, data backbone, oxygen/vacuum routing, and battery interface.
